Yes, you can place a single order on our website in order to fulfill multiple orders from your online stores.
1. The simplest way is to sign up as a CSA Member and contact your agent to do this for you.
2. If you want to do it by yourself, you may do it by following the below steps:
- Put all the products requested in respective quantities in cart. You may do it in a Quick Order way.
- Check out the order with appropriate payment method, where you can upload an excel or csv file listing all the shipping information for all the orders from your online stores that you want to fulfill in this order.
3. You may submit an order support ticket if you need any support regarding this order. Specifically, if you need any assistance regarding any individual order from your online stores, you should indicate the individual order# and corresponding store name in the ticket subject when submitting the order ticket.
