1. Agent Assistance: The most straightforward method is to contact your dedicated agent for help. This personalized service ensures that your dedicated agent is handling the process for you, tailoring the order to your specific needs.
2. Self-Service Option: If you prefer a hands-on approach, you can easily manage the bulk order yourself. Just go to “Quick Order“, upload the csv file created based on the template or select all the required products in the necessary quantities, and then check out. Please refer to the CSA User Guide for more details of how to place a quick order.
3. Order Support: You may also go to your order list and upload the csv file for shipping information in that single bulk order. The Order Communication system is also for you to follow up any issues of your single bulk order, including any specific individual order included in the single bulk order. This will enable us to quickly identify and solve that individual order issue involved in that bulk order.
